FLESHING MACHINE RIZZI MODEL SGF/32, WORKING WIDTH 3200 mm.

Technical features:

–    Cast iron side structure, arms, beam and grinder carriage, stainless steel covers and parts of the structure
–    Hydraulic rack piston for closing and opening operation.
–    Automatic temporized opening.
–    Electrical fleshing thickness adjustment.
–    Thickness fast variation device with preset hydraulic pressure or electrical with push buttons with four preset variations.
–    Independent hydraulic feed between the main rubber roller and the two toothed rollers with variable speed to 70 mt/min.
–    Biconical toothed rollers with different teeth dimensions to improve the feed out of the leathers.
–    Big diameter blade cylinder.
–    Spray water device on the feed rollers during the fleshing operation.
–    Hump save device (optional) to avoid to cut the leather on the hump area during the fleshing operation.
–    Centralized lubrication points of easy manipulation.
